Kotlin Multiplatform

We draw the line between shared and native — then build both sides.

Targets: iosArm64 · androidTarget

iosApp/ · SwiftUI

Screens, navigation, gestures, haptics. Written the way iOS expects.

androidApp/ · Compose

Screens, navigation, predictive back, widgets. Written the way Android expects.

shared/ · Kotlin Multiplatform

Networking · persistence · auth · analytics · business rules · state machines. One implementation, compiled for both targets — written once, tested once, fixed once.

One implementationTwo targets
  • Users never notice the shared layer — that is the point. Both apps keep their own idioms, their own gestures, their own release cadence.

  • Adoption is incremental. We start with one feature, prove it in production, then widen. No rewrite, no big-bang release.

  • A logic bug is fixed in one place. Features stop landing on Android in March and iOS in June.

How we deliver

Six stages from first call to store listing.

Every engagement runs the same rhythm. You always know what is being built, what it costs, and when you can install it.

  1. Day 1

    Intro call

30 minutes with the engineers who would do the work. You walk us through the product, the deadline, and what is actually blocking it.

  2. Day 3

    Scope and plan

A written plan: what ships, what gets cut, who does what, and what it costs. Fixed scope, no surprise invoices.

  3. Week 1

    In your repo

We join your Slack, your standups and your codebase, and merge our first pull request inside the week.

  4. Week 2

    A build in your hands

A signed build on TestFlight and the Play internal track. From here you see the product every week instead of at the end.

  5. Every week

    Ship and report

A new build, a short written update and a live backlog every week. Progress you can check, not status theater.

  6. Launch

    Store and handover

App Store and Play Store submission, release monitoring, and shared code documented so your team can carry it forward.

Engagements - Four ways teams bring us in.

Whether you are starting from a blank repo or a stalled release, the work is the same: get something shippable in front of real users, fast.

  • Ship a new app. Blank repo to store listing. Architecture, design, build and submission, with a shared Kotlin core from day one so the second platform costs a fraction of the first.
  • Add Kotlin Multiplatform. You already have iOS and Android apps drifting apart. We carve out the shared layer feature by feature, keeping both apps releasable the whole way through.
  • Rescue a stalled release. Flaky builds, a crash rate nobody can explain, a deadline that already slipped. We come in, find the real blocker, and get you back to shipping weekly.
  • Embed senior engineers. Extra mobile depth on your team, in your process — code reviews, technical direction and mentoring included, not billed as extras.

KMP is not always the answer. If fully native or something else is the faster path for what you are building, we will tell you on the first call — and point you at the people who do it well.

They played a pivotal role in expediting Gabb's journey to stability, showcasing remarkable efficiency in the establishment of foundational systems and an impressive depth of knowledge to guide us towards our objectives. Their unwavering commitment and dedication were truly exceptional, consistently driving our projects towards success.
